In Person Preview for the vehicles will be

In Person Preview for the Tools & Other smalls will be
Saturday June 25th from 10:0am - 5:00pm.
We will open our doors on Sunday at 9:00am.
There will be a Buyer's Premium of 13% added to all invoices (discounted to 10% for payment in Cash/Approved Check). A 6% MD Sales Tax will be added to all invoices, excluding vehicles, UNLESS a valid Sales Tax exemption Form is presented to us. This Form MUST be issued by the State of Maryland. Forms from outside the state are no accepted, as directed by The State of Maryland. Buyer's Premium is taxable in Maryland, and will be assessed as such, on the invoice.
Methods of payment accepted include: Cash, Approved Check, VISA, Mastercard & Discover.
Any Bidder paying for a large purchase with a credit card, will have to sign our credit card use agreement. Ensuring the bidder is aware of our auction terms.
All registered credit cards, for inline bidding, will be subject to a USD$1.00 fee to validate the card.

All online purchases are to be paid for, in full, within 24hours of the sales end. All in person purchases are to be paid for by the end of the sale.
Immediate removal is required for all small items purchased. We will accommodate pick up of larger items, Vehicles & Motorcycles until Tuesday June 28th at 4:00pm. A small skid Loader will be on premises during allotted pickup dates to assist with removal of equipment if needed.
Shipping is available on small items. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, in addition to their invoice total. Larger items, including vehicles, are the responsibility of the Buyer to have them removed within the timeframe above. There will be no shipping of Chemical/Gas items from this auction. Items that will ship are ONLY small Hand Tools and will ship at the buyer's expense. Please call at least one business day before the sales end to verify shipping of an item. Every item purchased must be picked up by the buyer or personnel of the buyer (that the buyer has arranged with W. Wachter Auctions) from 1600 Old Liberty Road West. They must present out staff with a valid PAID receipt before removal.
